Shipping and Returns

Happy Joe wants you to have an amazing experience with our company and products. If something isn't right, we'll do everything within reason to make up for it.

As a startup trying to make a real impact for veterans and their families, we work with vendors for our product fulfillment. Unfortunately, this means that things can go wrong. Regardless, we will do all that we can to ensure you are happy. Your patience and understanding is appreciated.

  • Your name, address, and phone number
  • The purchase order number
  • Date of purchase

SHIPPING

Everything is created after the order is placed via direct to print technology. Orders are printed and shipped within 3-7 business days after you place your order. Delivery date after the product is shipped will be determined by the shipping option you chose at checkout.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Damaged or Defective Items:

Any misprinted/damaged/defective items will be replaced or a full refund given. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Product must be returned within 30 days after it was received. It must be returned in the original package.
  • For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
  • Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Sizing Errors:

Please do your best to use our sizing charts for each apparel product. If you need to exchange your product for a different size, please contact Happy Joe HQ at support@happyjoe.com for further instructions.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 business days.

SPECIAL ORDERS AND SALE ITEMS

Unfortunately special orders and sale items cannot be refunded. If you find one of these products unsavory, Happy Joe will be glad to give you a store credit.

RETURN SHIPPING

If you need to ship anything back to us, please email support@happyjoe.com first. We’ll provide you with follow up instructions for shipping your product back to our production facility.
